State Autonomous Professional Educational Institution “Kama Construction College named after E.N. Batenchuk" was created as a result of the reorganization of the state autonomous professional educational institution "Naberezhnye Chelny College of Economics and Construction named after E.N. Batenchuk" and the state autonomous professional educational institution "Naberezhnye Chelny Construction College" in the form of a merger while maintaining the main goals of their activities, and began its operation on November 11, 2015. on the basis of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan dated July 22, 2015.
“Naberezhnye Chelny College of Economics and Construction named after E.N. Batenchuk" was founded on July 12, 1971, as the "Kama Evening Branch of the Nizhnekamsk Evening Energy Construction College."
In 1988 it was transformed into an independent Kama Evening Energy Construction College. In 1989, the Kama Evening Energy Construction College was renamed the Naberezhnye Chelny Energy Construction College. In 1996, the Naberezhnye Chelny Energy Construction College was transformed into the Naberezhnye Chelny Economics and Construction College. In the same year, by Decree of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan, the college was awarded the Certificate of Honor of the Republic of Tatarstan.
In June 2009, Vocational School No. 47, “Training and Course Center “Builder”” was attached to the college and was named after the Hero of Socialist Labor, Honored Builder of the TASSR and RSFSR Evgeniy Nikanorovich Batenchuk

In 1994, “City Vocational School No. 47” was renamed “Vocational School No. 47.” In 2001, “Vocational School No. 47” was renamed into the State Educational Institution NPO “Vocational School No. 47”. In 2007, the State Educational Institution NPO “Vocational School No. 47” was renamed into the State Budgetary Educational Institution NPO “Vocational School No. 47”.
The training and course center US KAMGESENERGOSTROY was created in 1968. In 1995, the US KAMGESENERGOSTROY training and course center was transformed into the GUNPO UKK "Stroitel".
In 2014, the state autonomous educational institution of secondary vocational education “Naberezhnye Chelny College of Economics and Construction named after E.N. Batenchuk" was renamed into the state autonomous professional educational institution "Naberezhnye Chelny College of Economics and Construction named after E.N. Batenchuk."
Over the entire period of its 45-year existence, the college has trained more than 5 thousand graduates: builders, housing and communal services specialists, accountants, financiers, social workers; more than 15 thousand construction workers, tailors, carpenters, florists.
Naberezhnye Chelny Construction College was founded on February 28, 1986. as “Secondary vocational school No. 114”. In 1994 it was renamed “Vocational School No. 114”. In 2007, the State Educational Institution NPO “Vocational School No. 114” was renamed into the State Budgetary Educational Institution NPO “Vocational School No. 114”. In 2009, the State Budgetary Educational Institution of Scientific and Professional Educational Institution “Vocational School No. 114” was transformed into the State Autonomous Educational Institution of Secondary Professional Education “Naberezhnye Chelny Construction College”. In 2015, the state autonomous educational institution of secondary vocational education "Naberezhnye Chelny Construction College" was renamed into the state autonomous vocational educational institution "Naberezhnye Chelny Construction College".
Over the thirty years of its existence since 1986, the training and graduation of qualified specialists amounted to more than 7,000 people.
