The headboard is welded in one piece from a 40 by 40 profile (on the backs, fasteners from the 35th corner are welded into which holes are drilled). To fasten 2 backs in the profile, I welded nuts 1 cm from the edge of the profile. Back facing (headboard) and sides covered with leatherette to 12 plywood and fastened with a stapler (color chosen to your taste). From the inside of the bed, I fastened the facing backs with screws, thus additional rigidity of the bed appeared. Under the mattress 12 plywood from 2 halves is used instead of lamellas and support for mattresses. IN backrest at the headboard 5 cm foam rubber was inserted, it turned out to be a soft back.
